- Ensure to achieve allocated deposit targets and maximize business as per assigned targets.
- Generate new leads that should result in sales.
- Manage assigned deposits portfolio both volume, mix and customer base.
- Visit existing deposits customers for relationship building as per need.
- Ensure full customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Ensure quality customer service at all time in the branch.
- Ensure positive attitude towards customers and branch staff.
- Resolve customer complaints & answer their queries in an effective manner.
- Ensure observance of dress code & employee card during office hours.
- Ensure reading & understanding of relevant deposit product manual, policy & SOPs.
- Attend training & development program and actively participate in learning opportunities.
Required Skills Set for the Position
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively research new markets, must have creativity and problem skills
- Good customer service and selling skills
- Preferably Bachelor’s in Commerce, Arts or Business Administration
- Preferably 1-2 Years’ relevant experience
